Since starting this I have continued with swimming for the school and just made State with our Medley Relay team so I guess the sugar taper is continuing. It’s good because it helps with time drops and lost a few pounds (6 to be exact) but I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally miss caramel and cookies
